We have a handful of these Grand Portage Packs for when we go into the Boundary Waters Canoeing. They are super well made. They make carrying heavy supplies much easier, from the widely padded straps to the waist belt. They are made of tough material and they handle the great outdoors with ease!! Highly recommended! I have owned other brands, they do not hold up like the Battle Lake Outdoors Products.
